The Third Digit

As I was driving by the Shell station at Bathurst and Finch, I took a look at the price board and since it was on an angle I saw "02" and thought..."that's a weird price." Till I got a few meters further and realized that it was actually 1.02cents/L. Well, that's it. The psychological plateau has been hit. Never thought I'd see the day. I guess it's time to get to moped...or a long rubber hose and a breath mint...
