"outrage" over cartoons
recently, some newspaper in denmark published some editorial cartoons depicting muhammad. muslims around the world are outraged.
well tough shit! i could give a rat's ass if some newspaper in some faraway place publishes something i don't like. allah is all powerful, except he feels threatened by some sketches.
i mean, there's pornography everywhere and i don't see pious muslims complaining. man i hate religion.
i was walking along the other day, minding my own business, and i pass by these falun gong losers sticking fliers in my face. "the police torture us in china." good! i wish cops here would beat the crap out of you!

just a follow up. this is unreal.
what kind of nut job rationale is this? because one paper in some country publishes something offending to these militants, they will now target all citizens of that country.
grown men have the logic of 5 year olds. it boggles the mind.
i should probably just let it go. but i can't. this is too unreal. i mean, this is the 21st century. we accept things like free speech. it seems to me certain countries are still stuck in the 13th century. where they tolerate things like threats and intimidation to otherwise peaceful people. but they can't tolerate some stupid cartoons. unbelievable.
also, if there was no anger, those cartoons would not have much exposure outside of denmark. but because of all this outrage, papers across europe have reprinted them. countless websites have posted them where they will be available forever. millions of people have now seen these cartoons that angry muslims didn't want anyone to see. good job, guys. your protests completely backfired.
